📋 Terms & Conditions
- Promotions cannot be combined. Only one discount or reward may be applied per visit or transaction.
- Senior Discount applies to clients age 65+ and must be mentioned at the time of booking.
- Loyalty Reward (10% off) applies when the client books and returns within 4 weeks (28 days) of their last appointment. A grace period of up to 35 days may be honored exclusively in the event of an emergency or required reschedule — this is not a standard extension and is granted solely at Shake My Tail's discretion.
- Referral Rewards apply to new clients only. The referred individual must not be a current or previous Shake My Tail client.
- Referrals cannot be made for members of the same household.
- Only one referral reward will be paid per referred client, regardless of how many people submit a referral for the same individual.
- General Services referral: $10 service credit is issued after the referred client's first completed appointment.
- Poop Scooping referral: $10 cash is paid after the referred client signs and confirms a month-to-month scooping contract.
- Service credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be gifted or reassigned to another client.
- Surcharges are assessed at Shake My Tail's sole discretion based on the individual pet's needs and behavior.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Shake My Tail reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
